Éric... A journey between tradition and modernity
My name is Eric PAPIN, I am a Holistic Habitat Consultant specialising in homes and living spaces, and an educator in both traditional and modern Feng Shui.
Fascinated by the Eastern philosophies I discovered whilst travelling in Asia and through my studies of Feng Shui and yoga, I am particularly drawn to the principle of the interdependence of all things and the vital connection between humankind and nature. My mission is to support professionals in the home and living sector, as well as those changing careers, in discovering and mastering an approach to spaces that combines expertise, sensitivity and a connection to nature.
My approach is intended to be comprehensive and holistic : I always consider the home as a whole and analyse both the interior and exterior of living and working spaces, paying close attention to how they interrelate, thereby giving occupants the tools to design environments that resonate with their soul.
Having walked this path of transformation myself, I now guide my students towards a conscious and embodied practice of Feng Shui. “The Essence of Feng Shui” is an invitation to make your profession much more than just a specialism: a mission of connection, alignment and harmony, to reveal the energy of places and support the growth of those who inhabit them.

This training programme is based on the teachings of the Jin Po Tong School in Hong Kong, passed on to me by my Master Badema, as well as on my study of more modern disciplines, which are themselves rooted in a holistic approach and adapted to contemporary needs

Module 1 : Master the energy principles of Feng Shui
Learn how to interpret and harmonise the energy of a place using the key principles (Qi, Yin-Yang, the Five Elements, Bagua). Lay the foundations for transforming any space into a balanced environment that promotes well-being.
Module 2 : Connecting people and their environment
Discover how to harmonise the energies of a home with those of its occupants using the principles of Feng Shui, biophilia and the psychology of space. Transform the hidden blockages within homes into catalysts for balance, harmony and personal growth.

Module 4 : Understanding the influence of space-time on the built environment
Understand a home’s energy footprint and how it changes over time, using the Flying Stars (acupuncture for living spaces). Learn how to optimise the layout, enhance a space’s strengths and address its weaknesses to maintain balance, comfort and well-being over the years.
Module 5 : Find the right moment & demonstrate your expertise
Get in tune with the rhythm of time using the Chinese calendar: learn to recognise the cycles and choose the most auspicious moments for your Feng Shui practices.

Module 6 : Make the garden a living extension of your home
Learn how to transform outdoor spaces into true allies of well-being. Drawing on Feng Shui and the symbolism of stones, water and plants, design gardens that rebalance energies, nourish the soul and strengthen the harmony between people, the home and nature.
Exam: Certificate in Traditional and Modern Feng Shui (Consultant Level)
Practical examination based on a real-life client case study for the Traditional and Modern Feng Shui Consultant Level Certificate.
Each module concludes with an assessment to validate what has been learnt. The award of the training attendance certificate is conditional upon passing the end-of-module test.
